Rolling update

Hi! I was originally not going to post an update, but I found some errors that needed fixing, so even though this latest version has a feature I am not sure about including, I have decided to give it a try. It can still be fun!

This update includes improvements for android support, and an experimental scoring system that allows you to upgrade your car with every race. The score system is still missing that feeling of winning something big. Hopefully, it will get that feeling in the new future!

I will also post a change log for wheels of prio, so that everyone can see how it started, just like the tornado chicken has it's change log. Fun fact. Wheels of Prio was my third attempt at a racing game!
